Good fish and chips. Good price. We got a family deal for $34 and it had 4 big pieces of fish, a big load of chips, 4 potato scallops, 4 dim sims and a 1.25L drink. Customer service wasnt crash hot. But otherwise good.
I am absolutely disgusted Ordered 6.00 worth of chips and I can assure you that it probably was about 1.00 worthI took a photo but dont know how to attachI have just tried to call 7 times and not anwering i will keep trying and let you know of outcome
Don't waste your time with this cafe. They are slow to serve because busy doing paperwork rather than serving customers first when a line up. Another person and myself requested a receipt which was an issue for them. They charged us too much. Their customer service was appalling to say the least. No smiles, sour faces, snapped at my husband when he asked if they had eftpos. Snapped at my 28 year old son and snatched the tartare sauce out of his hand. He never says anything but felt he needed to politely tell them there customer service skills were non existent. They even advertise that lemon comes with each order. Neither one of us got Lemon. Daughter in law did not receive chips that were paid for. The calamari advertised was not calamari. Will never be going to this cafe again. Also the wait was ridicilous and they were giving a customer a very hard time the whole time we were there. Any of her requests such as receipts, query on amount charged etc was a huge issue to them. Suggest to save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. A very unenjoyable experience all round.
This is a very interesting shop. The customer service is awful. They hardly talk. Didnt have change for a $30 order from $40 but that was ok. The issue was they took about 40 minuets to cook the order. It was sitting in the warmer for 5 minuets (which wasnt on). The others in the shop were all confused also what the delay was. Still the food was good and the shop was busier than the other two options next door. Not sure I would come back or not. Wouldnt for their speed anyway. Easy parking out the front and things to see while you wait, and wait, and wait. No wonder at the end of the day there were still heaps of papers for sale - you can read them twice while waiting.
